The New Nordic movement is taking over the world’s top restaurant kitchens with a focus on earthy and balanced ingredients combined with traditional drying, smoking, pickling and curing techniques. Our expert Nordic native will guide you through Scandinavia with a focus on Sweden, Denmark and Norway with matching courses and tasting notes that will make this a truly unique gastronomic adventure.
