We washed it all down with some milkshakes: STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE $6.50 & PEANUT BUTTER $6.50

Revisit verdict? Burgers and shakes were delicious (as always), but while the rings and gems were fine (they were as described), I'd probably stick to the fries next time. Overall, still a perfect way to celebrate the end of the working week!

Loaded Fries - A choice of Fries or Potato gems, Chilli beef, Cheese sauce, Bacon, Pickle relish, Grilled onions, Jalapeños $8.50

Golden Axe - Crispy fried chicken, Cheese, Sriracha mayo, Slaw $9.50

California Games - Beef patty, American cheese, smashed Avocado, grilled pineapple, smokey bacon, chilli relish, lettuce $12.5 (September Special)

Rocky Road Shake - Nutella, marshmallows and ice cream $7.00 (September Special) and Peanut Butter Shake $6.50

Revisit verdict? I loved my 'California Games' burger, though I think his 'Golden Axe' burger could have benefited from a bit more sauce. Still, our visit to 8Bit was a delicious treat, and we'll certainly be back :)

Would we go back? For sure! They're still finding their feet, but the burgers were pretty tasty and the shakes were delicious. The fries were a little soggy - but that's to be expected, as we did order it with all the toppings. We also went early, so didn't have any problems with queues or food running out. Overall, a very welcome addition to the west side!
