Join us for the first of two special Make Meet workshops with Loose Leaf, Collingwood’s resident green thumbs, as they teach you to craft a unique flower and plant arrangement combining sculptural design and organic material. Taking inspiration from AL_A’s forest canopy floating above our heads, Loose Leaf’s Wona Bae—a master in the art of kokozi (Korean-style ikebana)—will demonstrate her minimalist approach to flower arranging and offer tips for creating your own magical botanical structure.

Verdict? I adore french toast, and I love trying all of the variations on the dish. Common Galaxia's version was indulgent and delicious, with lots of flavour and delightful textures. Due to the super sweet nature of the dish, it's probably not something I'd order for brunch every day, but I'm glad I got to try it! Coffee, juice, service and ambience were excellent as always.
