Peking Duck: Slices of crispy duck meat wrapped in pancake with spring onion, cucumber and plum sauce.

Snow Pea Sprouts.

Stir Fried Fillet Steak served with stir fried vegetables.

The drink with no name: chilli infused vodka, grapefruit juice, ginger ale & fresh lime.

Baltic sea zakąski: a true taste of the northern baltic states with traditional rollmops, sliced herrings smothered in sour cream & apple, salmon caviar, a house made bacalau fritter, smoked ocean trout terrine, white bait, dill pickles, horseradish marinated beetroot, russian vegetable salad & fresh rye.

Potato & cheese pierogi: panfried & served with sour cream & caramelised onions.

Crispy saffron rice balls: crumbed saffron rice balls of with peas, fetta, celery & carrot.

Potato blintzes: traditional panfried potato pancakes served with sour cream & dill.

Pissiladiere (provençale pizza): a crisp puff pastry base with caramelised onion, marinated artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovy, black olives & shaved parmiggiano reggiano.
Lazy dumplings (leniwe pierogi): homemade ricotta dumplings sautéed in honey, cinnamon & butter, flambéed with polish plum brandy.

Amuse bouche: Celery and leek soup.

Beetroot and goats cheese bread.

Meredith goats cheese souffle.

Kitchen tasting plate featuring 'duck and friends' pate, terrine, smoked breast and rillets with condiments.

Belly of organic pork with golden peach, braised turnip, crackle and sage jus.

Erindale farm lamb loin served with stuffed eggplant, tomato puree, sweet basil and jus gras.

Roasted duck breast served with savoy cabbage and confit leg braise, roasted sausage and tarragon jus.

Palate cleanser: Strawberry sorbet with apples and vietnamese mint.

Rhubarb clafoutis and leatherwood honey renversee.

Mandarin pudding.

Petit four: featuring rhubarb, chocolate and wattleseed, raspberry.


The bottom line? Delicious food with wonderful service. Highlights? The cheese souffle and mandarin pudding.
