Open for Lunch Mon-Sun: 12pm-3pm and dinner Mon-Sun: 6pm-10pm

Tarama (cod roe) butter and bread

Adam & Eve cocktail - Vodka. Licor 43, apple & lemon juice with cinnamon

Salmon - fennel, watercress, white lemon, nicola potato

Greek salad 2012 - capsicum terrine, heirloom tomato, kalamata, black garlic 

Barramundi - kalaboki, courgette, fermented garlic, star anise 

Lamb - neck, bastourma of the breast, meltizano, tyrokafteri, hazelnut

Strawberry - bougatsa, caramelised phyllo, zuppa

Verdict? While the courses certainly didn't blow us away, the overall experience did make for a nice, long Christmas Eve lunch.
Meal style: Lunch - mini symposium degustation (Mikro Symbosio) of 5 courses
Cost: $85.00 per person (not including drinks)
