Verdict: It's a little hard to find (don't be afraid to ring the doorbell), but at the top of Flinders Lane, there is a cool little bar with views of the Treasury Gardens and a very Japanese atmosphere (minus the cigarette smoke). Service is impeccable, bar snacks are tasty, and the drinks are decadent.
