free range eggs - sous vide slow poached on toast ($9) with house hashbrown ($4) and sumac spiced shrooms ($3.5)

meat hash with fried eggs poached eggs (hash: an old school mix of fried diced beef brisket, potato, onion & old bay spice) ($12.5)

The best? The eggs.
The worst? Disappointing hashbrown.
Service? Friendly hipsters.
Decor? Typical industrial / vintage cafe style - white walls, repurposed tables, metal chairs, pendant lights with Edison bulbs.
Noise? Mid-range.
Value? Reasonable prices.
Would we go back? Maybe.
