Weekly Menu, Saturday 28 June: Rolled gnocchi stuffed with porcini, sage and onions

  1. Another masterchef recipe . The recipe doesn't give you an actual amount of potato you need to use to make the gnocchi, so I used another recipe - which ended up making way too much dough. I'd only use about 500 grams of gnocchi dough to make this if I was to do it again. It was a pretty nice dish though.
