2014 Good Beer Week - Taste Beer and Buds at Junction


The Junction kitchen team has joined forces with Northdown Craft Beer Distributors and some special guest brewers to take you on a sensory journey through the 5 components of taste; Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter & Umami. Each beautiful dish will be paired with a beer which either compliments or contrasts the particular flavour as a fun way to explore how flavours effect each other and how that can be exploited to create exceptionally paired gustatory experiences!
